At Ultimate Cupboard Creations we manufacture carcasses of the highest quality for the use in kitchens, bedrooms, studies, bars, bathrooms and much more. Our carcasses are all pre-drilled and assembled by using a cam and pin system, beech dowels and cold glue is used to keep the carcass together for years. We use A Grade 16mm White Melamine particle board which gets cut on a beam saw and then edged in a 1mm White edging. We pre-drill holes for shelf supports and runners, all shelves are adjustable. We use economy hinges and Ball Bearing runners which get screwed in, brand name soft close hinges and runners can be used at an extra cost.

All our drawer boxes have a 16mm White Melamine bottom. Our Carcasses have a 3mm White MDF backing board which is grooved fitted, our floor carcasses stand on black plastic adjustable plinth legs which ensure that any water spillage on the floor does not damage the carcass. Our carcasses are ready built and the doors and drawer fronts come separately, these must be installed once the carcasses are installed and level to ensure all gaps are the same. A Plinth can then be fixed to these plastic legs to cover the legs. REMEMBER if you choose a color for the doors other than White the edging of the carcasses must match that of the door and all exposed panels and fillers will have to match that as well. It is always best to include a hand drawn sketch of the layout of the space the units will be placed in when ordering your carcasses, this way we know where the exposed panels are. We can install any hardware into our carcasses and we work with all the hardware suppliers in S.A, this will be at an extra cost.
